  Study Break
Well to start with--my quest to re-enter the IT field is over! Or just starting, depending on your point of view.

But one thing I needed to do (or start doing) is re-teach myself how to type. So yesterday, I put myself through a kinda boot camp. I got through the 1st hour OK, but at about 3:30PM I needed to take a break since my feet felt fidgety.

So I went down the path that leads to the creek behind my house and in addition to just wading around--I squished around in the mud. I also found out that my little corner of the world isn't a secret when a young man and his two kids came down the path.

But I did get back to work on the typing and have at least the basics down, now I just need to practice a bit more--and this is a great way to do so;)

  I'm Either. . .
Naive, an optimist, both, or this poll is actually true:

You Are Not Prejudiced

Not only are you color blind, but you're also ethnicity blind, gender blind, and sexual orientation blind.
You don't judge someone until you truly know them. And even then, you're probably reluctant to judge.
You try to treat everyone equally. Everyone has a fair chance with you.
Good job - there's not a prejudiced bone in your body.
Are You Prejudiced?

  Raw Materials
Well, I made my run to the Giant to grab a few "extras" for my Chicken experiment. I have; Salsa, bread crumbs, and biscuits. I figure with those and cooking oil I should be pretty good for getting 5-6 meals outta this bird.

  Rubber Chicken
OK--time for me to try a culinary experiment.

In my fridge as we speak I am thawing out a 4 Lb chicken. My mission--come up with a weeks worth of distinct meals. Now I picked up gravy and will likely pick up noodles, etc tomorrow in the course of my travels.

I'll keep you informed on what I come up with.
